THE DECK: Starboard - Waterside Unit 7
Corner of 5 Fairhaven Drive and 2 Buckland Drive, Mallacoota
Awesome, spacious, covered deck overlooking lake 200 metres from your shared jetty. Wonderful views. One block from bakery, bait and tackle, cafes and hotel. 7 mins stroll to surf, hotel and shops. Sit and watch the view and have a barbeque.
Unit 7 offers one queen, two singles and a trundle bed.
Unit 7 has reverse-cycle split system air conditioning & heating.
There is plenty of parking on the grass on the right hand side between the cement main driveway and Unit 5.
Parking also in the back paddock next door - entry 3 Dorron Ave, Mallacoota ( next to Unit One). Boat mooring at your jetty below.
Pets are welcome both inside and outside the units. Remember to bring your pets own bedding. Remember to put anti- tick medication on your dog (Bravecto or similar - Frontline flea, is not strong enough Mallacoota ticks).
How secure is the yard?
The unit is fenced with 1200 mm pool fencing to help slow down your pets or kids

The Captain's Cabin
#2 Fairhaven Drive, Mallacoota
The Captains Cabin, is a converted school room, made into three bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen and a backyard overlooking a large paddock. It is just one block from the bakery, cafes and half a block from the local hotel. It is 7 mins stroll to surf, and 1 mins to the lake, hotel and shops. Sit and watch the view and have a barbeque.
It has a covered front veranda and at the back, a spacious outdoor entertaining area opening onto your private paddock that you can park your boat and car in. (Entry at 3 Dorron Ave, Bruces Boat Parking)
You can park your boat either beside the unit at the front entry, or even more private, park in the paddock at the back. Entry through 3 Dorron Ave. When you park behind in the paddock you will be able to see your boat from the back patio BBQ area. This is where you can wash your boat. You can also moor your craft at the jetty below.
Pets are allowed into the cabin as well as the fenced yard. The Captain’s Cabin provides secure 1200 mm high fencing to slow down dogs and young children. Remember to put anti-tick medication on your dog (Bravecto or similar - Frontline flea, is not strong enough Mallacoota ticks).
Its three bedrooms includes one queen, one single bed with a trundle bed, and a double bunk. We also have a double Sofa Bed in the lounge. The Cabin is set up to accommodate 5 people - but can sleep up to 5, provided you are happy to share a bed.

Dot's Lakehouse
34 Bruce St, Mallacoota
At one of Mallacoota’s most stunning address 34 Bruce St, is one of the closest houses to the water in Mallacoota. This spacious house has a huge veranda, faces north across the lake 200 meters away, providing fine water views. It’s pet-friendly and offers an extensive garden, verandah, wifi, huge living area with wood fire heating, A/C, four bedrooms and two bathrooms for the main house and a separate Studio with Ensuite.
Set up to accommodate 7 people in the house, and 2 in the Studio, in 5 separate bedrooms, it can sleep nine people. It offers under-cover parking in a car-port for two vehicles, and parking on the natures strip outside or in the house yard.. The Lake House is an easy walk to everything in town (Bakery, hotel, cafes, supermarkets) (2-3 mins) and the surf beach (7 mins). The Lakehouse has air conditioning in the lounge, kitchen, two bedrooms and the Studio, a full-size gas stove in the kitchen, and a wood heater (Kindling supplied). Open the doors and windows for a cool ocean breeze.
Bathrooms: It has a total of 3 bathrooms (Including the Studio), and generous boat parking inside the yard, on the nature strip and under the car-port. Moor at the jetty below.
Kitchen: The kitchen comes with a full-size gas stove, microwave, BBQ, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, freezer, and appliances etc. The Studio has a kitchenette.
Studio: The Lakehouse includes a studio as a separate building, with A/C, a Queen bed, kitchenette and disabled friendly doorways and bathroom.
Yard: The fenced yard will keep most dogs in - if you shut the gate. We provide bowls for your pet. Please bring your pet’s bedding. Remember to put anti tick medication on your dog (Bravecto or similar – NB Frontline flea, is not strong enough to kill Mallacoota ticks).
Parking: Dot’s Lake-House has a double car-port, additional generous off-street parking in the paddock beside units 1-2, and a jetty mooring space. You can use hoses to wash your boat in the carport, or on the lawn.
Dot’s Lakehouse has ramps, which is ideal for prams and wheels. The shower can be managed by people on wheelie walkers.

Studio- 1 Queen bed ( A/C) and an accessible bathroom.

We provide linen and basic towels. You should bring beach towels, dog/cat bed and bowls, shampoo, soap, torch, hair dryer, personal items, mosquito repellent (yes we have window screens but the repellent is for outside). Wifi, BluRay DVD, Air Conditioning and Wood burning fireplace, Best view of inlet, Pet friendly, Ramps, Close to lake and jetty, Off street parking, Bed Linen and Bath Towels. Bird seed is provided to feed the birds.

Fisherman's Cottage
4 Buckland Drive, Mallacoota
The ever popular cottage accommodates seven people, offers a great view and huge veranda overlooking the lake. It is easy walking distance to everything in town (3 mins) and the surf beach (7 mins).
Your boats can be parked beside the cottage, or in the fenced, secluded, back paddock at the back of the cottage. There are hoses to wash your boat. There is mooring at the jetty 200 metres across grass at the front of the Cottage.
Its huge front verandah, overlooks the lake 200 metres away. It is one block from the back entry to the hotel, one block from the bakery, cafes and supermarkets. The large back veranda is an excellent place to keep your fishing tackle and provides another area to relax in.
Its three bedrooms accommodates 7 people. Beds: 1 queen, 1 double with single bunk, 1 single in 3rd Bedroom and a double sofa bed in lounge room.
The cottage has air conditioning in the main bedroom, lounge and kitchen,
Why not light a fire? As well as air conditioning, the cottage has an open fireplace, and a combustion stove. (kindling and wood provided)
