THE LOOKOUT: Flathead (Unit 12)
32A Bruce Street, Mallacoota
Unit 12, The Lookout, is a spacious, first floor apartment that boasts a superb waterfront view from the main rooms in the unit and its 35 Square Metre veranda. In addition to three bedrooms, there is a bathroom with a full size bath, full kitchen and laundry with a second toilet, this is the perfect spot for a getaway.
The location in the heart of Mallacoota Waterfront, provides guests with easy walking access (2 blocks to the wharf, hotel, bakery, bait and tackle shop, cafes, and 7 mins stroll to the surf beach.)
Or, you can simply sit and enjoy the view while having a barbeque.
Unit 12 offers two queen size beds and a double bed bunk in large bedrooms.
There is ample off street parking for your car and boat, or if you prefer, there’s secure (video surveillance) parking available next to our office at 3 Dorron Ave.
Pets are welcome both inside and outside the unit - however, the yard is not fenced. Remember to bring your pets’ own bedding. Remember to put anti- tick medication on your dog (Bravecto or similar - Frontline flea, is not strong enough Mallacoota ticks. If you would like a fenced yard for your dog, or young child, Bruces Waterside also offers 7 fenced units (Check Units 1,2,5,6,7, the Fisherman’s Cottage and Dots Lakehouse)

Unit 11, Flathead, boasts a beautiful, unobstructed waterfront view that you can enjoy from the patio, lounge and bedroom of your unit. Offering two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and laundry, this is the perfect spot for a getaway or to fish for Flathead. The unit entrance has no steps, which makes access easy for people on/with wheels/prams.
This waterfront unit, overlooking Coull’s Inlet, is located 2 blocks from the bakery, bait and tackle shop, cafes, hotel and boat ramp. It is a 7 min walk to the surf beach.
Or, you can simply sit and enjoy the view while having a barbeque.
Unit 11 comes furnished with one queen, two singles and a trundle bed.
There is off street car parking. Boats can be parked in front of Dots Lakehouse, or there’s secure (video surveillance) parking available next to our office, at 3 Dorron Ave.

Village View - Unit 3
3 Dorron Ave, Mallacoota
Unit 3 is not fenced. Enter through the gate at 3 Dorron Ave and Unit 3 is on your left. It has a large fenced paddock (not dog proof) beside it for you to park and wash cars and boats. There is boat mooring at our jetty below the units. (One boat mooring per unit)
Unit 3 offers one queen, two singles and a trundle bed.
It offers reverse-cycle split system air conditioning & heating

Adjoining village unit 1 is Unit 2 with a separate fenced front yard and a large fenced paddock beside it. There is plenty of space to park and hoses to wash your boat. There is boat mooring at the jetty below the units.
Unit 2 offers one queen, two singles and a trundle bed with legs that raise it to the same height as a normal single bed.
It offers reverse-cycle split system air conditioning & heating
Unit 2 bathroom offers a Rain Shower head in the shower.

Village view units offer the most economic, central place to check out Mallacoota. Just across from the Local hotel at 1 Dorron Avenue, Mallacoota, Vic, village view unit #1 is also wheel-chair friendly.
It has a fenced front yard and also a large fenced paddock beside it. There is plenty of space to park and hoses to wash your boat. There is boat mooring at the jetty below the units, and digital TV displays.
Each village unit offers one queen, two singles and a trundle bed with legs that raise it to the same height as a normal single bed.
